    Nice post Terry. Question, does Google Places work in Mexico? For example, we own a condo in Cabo, should I optimize my blog for the physical location in Cabo or elsewhere, such as where we live in Phoenix.

    Thank you Bob. Yes, you can submit a Mexico listing to Google Places and Google Maps. Love your blog and yes this blog needs to be optimized for the location that relates to the blog. Here is another post I created re local optimization http://terrycrosbyblog.com/local-visibility/loc… . A major rule in social media and search engine optimization is relevance. When a searcher submits a search query it is Google's job to produce very relevant results so the searcher has a good experience. I will be continuing my series on local optimization.
